Almost none of your competitors know how to use AI properly.

They know how to follow a tutorial. Those are not the same thing, and the difference between them is the biggest ADVANTAGE sitting untouched in your industry right now.
By the end of this I'll give you the two things that actually matter, the ones almost nobody in your space has bothered to figure out.
Here's what's actually happening across most industries right now.
Business owners are learning AI from people who don't run actual businesses.
Their only business is teaching AI, which means the content is built to look impressive on a screen, not to survive an actual Tuesday.
A twelve step agent that:
Writes your emails
Books your meetings
Updates your spreadsheet
And orders your coffee
Gets a lot of views but It rarely gets used past the first week.
Which means almost everyone in your industry is either doing nothing with AI, or they built the flashy version once, filmed themselves doing it, and it's been sitting broken since the following week.
You don't need to become an AI expert to get ahead. You just need to use AI better than the businesses around you.

The version that actually works is boring.
It's not a system, it's a habit, the same simple move repeated every week whether it feels exciting or not.
Three non-flashy examples I use in my businesses:
Review your numbers with it every week, catching problems before they turn into a bad month instead of after.
Draft and clean up your customer replies with it.
So the tone stays consistent whether you write it at 7am or your team writes it at 4pm.
Run your actual day to day processes through it to build real documentation, because most small businesses run entirely on what's in the owner's head.
None of that needs an agent army or a diagram with fourteen boxes.
It's the same tool your competitors have access to, used the boring way, every single week, on the two or three things that actually move the needle for your business specifically.
That's the answer to the thing I promised earlier.
The two things that actually matter aren't a secret formula, they're specific to your business, and almost nobody in your space has sat down long enough to figure out what they are.
First, figure out where AI can remove friction from your business.
Second, make using it there a habit.
That's it.
And look, I’m not saying there’s no place for fancy workflows. Heck, I manage multiple agents across my businesses.
What I want to get through to you is that most of the stuff you see online isn’t built for business owners like you and me.
And if you eventually want to get to the point where you’re managing multiple agents, you don’t start by chasing the fanciest workflows on YouTube.
You start by looking at your day-to-day operations and asking: where is the work actually waiting?
That’s where you find the stuff worth automating.
If you want to stop watching useless tutorials and actually start building, take my FREE automation course with over 200+ students enrolled.
And I just added some major new updates to it, so there's never been a better time to jump in.
And if you want hands-on guidance, come to a live Build With Nav session. We’ll take your actual business problems and solve them with AI in real time.
