I'm Navin Ramharak, and I know what it's like to feel like you're building in the wrong direction.

I know what it's like to see other people growing massive brands and feel like you missed the window. I know what it's like to have the ideas but not the systems. To want to scale but feel like you're already at capacity.

I've been there. The difference is I didn't stay there.

Over the last decade, I helped grow In The Lab to over 3 million followers and generate more than $8 million in revenue. I co-founded Brown Ballers, the largets media platform for South Asian athletes. I've consulted for businesses worth $50-100 million and helped them scale with content, systems, and AI.

Along the way, I've had the pleasure to work with over 250 brands… locally and internationally, helping them collectively drive over $20 million in revenue, across different stages, industries and growth problems. I've also worked behind the scenes with some of the biggest creators in the world, supporting the content, systems, and decisions that super-charge their growth.

I'm telling you this upfront because I want you to know that everything in this newsletter comes from the real world, not a textbook.

I've watched smart people with world-class ideas spend months perfecting a logo, weeks debating a domain name, and years preparing to launch.

Meanwhile, I was building audiences, and figuring out what actually worked by doing it.

The difference between people who build and people who don't has nothing to do with talent or access to capital. It comes down to one thing: choosing execution over endless planning.

That's why this newsletter is called Shut Up and Execute.

Because at some point, you have to stop researching, stop tweaking, and stop waiting for the perfect moment. You have to build.

This newsletter is the distillation of everything I've learned building multiple seven and eight-figure brands. The wins, the losses, the pivots that worked, and the ones that didn't.

If you're done overthinking and ready to move, this is for you.

Everything I do falls into three stages. If you're stuck right now, you're probably failing in one of these areas.

1. Build

Most people think building a business means making a product.

But products can be copied. Products can become obsolete.

What you're actually building are assets… things that compound over time.

Your content is an asset. Your distribution is an asset. Your systems and relationships are assets.

When you build with a long-term mindset, you're not just chasing a quick sale. You're building infrastructure that gets stronger every time you post, every time you email, every time you solve a problem for someone.

I learned this the hard way with In The Lab. Early on, I was obsessed with going viral. Chasing trends. Trying to hit big numbers fast.

But virality doesn't build a business. Systems do. Assets do.

Once I shifted to building assets instead of chasing spikes, everything changed. The growth became predictable. The revenue became consistent.

That's what building actually means.

2. Monetize

If your business doesn't make money, it's a hobby.

There's a lot of noise right now around brand building and creating vibes. But at the end of the day, a business exists to generate revenue.

Monetization is about trust. You build trust through your assets, then you turn that trust into revenue through clear, high-value offers and conversion systems.

You're not hoping people buy, you're building predictable engines that turn attention into cash flow.

I've worked with brands that had millions of impressions but couldn't convert. The problem was never the audience… it was the lack of a clear monetization system.

Once you fix that, everything clicks.

3. Scale

This is where most founders hit a ceiling.

They've built something that works. They're making money. But they're still doing everything themselves.

They're the bottleneck… answering every email, managing every ad, overseeing every tiny detail.

To scale, you have to remove yourself from the machine.

You do this through three levers: AI, delegation, and automation.

If a task doesn't require your specific genius, it shouldn't be on your plate. Use technology and systems to do the heavy lifting so you can stay in your zone and keep the big picture moving forward.

I run three brands and I'm not buried in my inbox. That's not because I work less… it's because I built systems that work without me.

What To Expect Every Week

I'm not here to give you motivation. If you need a quote to get out of bed and work on your own dream, this probably isn't the right place for you.

Every week, I'm breaking down what's actually working right now. Real frameworks, real tools, and real examples.

You can expect:

  • Deep dives into how I'm structuring brands and consulting for 8-figure companies.

  •  The exact AI and automation stacks we're using to buy back time and scale faster.

  • Case studies from the brands I'm building right now and the specific pivots.

My goal is simple: shorten your learning curve. I want to give you the systems that took me a decade to figure out so you can move faster and avoid the mistakes I made.

Why "Shut Up and Execute"

The name of this newsletter comes from my time-boxing planner, Shut Up and Execute.

It's a reminder to drown out the noise… the self-doubt, the endless planning, the opinions of people who aren't building anything and just do the work.

Build, Monetize, and Scale are the goals. Execution is how you get there.

This newsletter is for people who understand that the perfect moment is a myth and that clarity only comes through action.

If you're still looking for a reason to wait, or if you want a comfortable business as usual approach, there are plenty of other newsletters for that.

But if you're ready to build something real, something that lasts and provides true freedom then you're in the right place.

Your First Move

I'm big on two-way communication. I don't just want to talk at you. I want to know where you are in your journey so I can make this newsletter as valuable as possible.

Right now, look at your business (or your business idea) and identify which of the three stages you're stuck in.

Are you struggling to Build your assets and distribution?

Are you struggling to Monetize the attention you already have?

Or have you hit a ceiling and need to Scale by removing yourself as the bottleneck?

Reply to this post with one word: BUILD, MONETIZE, or SCALE.

Welcome to the newsletter.

Now let's execute.
