I've built brands & consulted for some of your favorite creators.
But if you asked most people who I am? They'd have no idea.
For years, I was the guy behind the scenes, the systems builder, the operator nobody knew about.
And for a long time, I questioned whether that mattered. Whether stepping out was even worth it.
Classic imposter syndrome… except I had the receipts to prove I could do this.
I just didn't know if anyone would care.
But here's what I realized: If I don't build my own name, I'll spend the rest of my life being the best-kept secret in the industry.
So this year I'm building in public
I'm sharing my entire 2026 strategy.
Every goal, every system, every move I'm making this year.
And here's the thing, I have no idea if it's brilliant or if I'm completely off.
But I'm trusting it for the whole year. No second-guessing, no monthly pivots because something feels off.
I'm letting this guide me through 2026. And at the end of the year, I'll know if it worked or if I need to burn it and start fresh for 2027.
I'm sharing it with you today. Not because it's perfect. But because I want you to see what happens when you commit to a plan and actually execute on it.
The Big Goals
Here's what I'm going after in 2026:
1K YouTube subscribers. I'm basically starting from scratch here. Building long-form content that actually teaches something.
100K combined followers on Instagram and TikTok. Short-form is where discovery happens so I'm showing up daily.
$25K monthly recurring revenue at Social House Agency. This is the flagship. Real clients. Real systems. Real revenue.
$100K in brand partnerships. Not just any deal. Only the ones that align with what I'm building.
Some of these feel big. Some of them make me uncomfortable to say out loud.
Good. If the goal doesn't push you, it's not worth chasing.

The System: The Content Flywheel
Here's how I'm planning to hit those numbers without burning out.
One weekly theme drives everything.
I'm not creating random content every day. I pick one idea per week and turn it into a YouTube video, three Instagram Reels, three TikToks, and two to three newsletters.
One input. Multiple outputs.
That's the flywheel. I create once, then repurpose relentlessly.
And I'm committing to these minimums every single week:
1 YouTube video
3 IG Reels
3 TikToks
2-3 newsletters
30 minutes of daily engagement
And It's all connected. Discovery feeds capture. Capture feeds retention. Retention feeds revenue.
The Portfolio
I'm not just building one thing. I'm building a portfolio that reinforces itself.
Social House Agency is the revenue driver. Scaling to $25K MRR by implementing content and AI systems for clients.
In The Lab is the media brand. The one that started it all. I'm scaling it through the Content Flywheel. Brown Ballers continues as the passion project and will naturally grow through our projects and platform.
And I'm taking on Fractional CMO roles for high-growth companies. Implementing the exact systems I'm using for my own brands.
Each one feeds the other. The systems I build for clients become case studies for my content. The content drives leads for the agency. The agency revenue funds the brands.
The Big Question
Is this plan genius? Or is it completely wrong?
Honestly, I don't know yet.
But here's what I do know: I'm not going to figure it out by second-guessing myself every month.
I'm trusting this document. I'm executing on it. And at the end of 2026, I'll have real data on what worked and what didn't.
That's the only way to know if a plan is good. You run it,.you track it, and you learn from it.
I'm not sharing this because I think it's perfect.
I'm sharing it because this year I'm building in public, and I want you to see what happens when you stop overthinking and start committing.
Most people don't have a plan. They're just reacting to whatever feels urgent that day.
You might look at this and think it's too aggressive, or not aggressive enough, or completely wrong for your business.
That's fine.
The point isn't to copy my plan. It's to build your own.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn't. But build something you can commit to for the full year.
Because the only way to know if a strategy works is to trust it long enough to get real results.
Now it's your turn, what's your plan for 2026?
Reply and tell me. I read every response.
